James C. Logan, President
Jim has been employed by the Construction Exchange since its inception in 1981. Jim served as Executive Director from 1982 to 2014 when he was named President. Jim is responsible for the overall operations of the Construction Exchange. In addition to his duties as President, Jim is also Secretary/Treasurer of the Construction Industry Education Foundation.
Joseph W. Benedict, Jr., Executive Director
Joe joined the Construction Exchange in November 2009. Joe’s responsibilities consist of managing all of the Exchange’s programs and services, developing and maintaining the online planroom, providing educational opportunities to members by offering seminars and construction industry related educational training programs.
Darcy Baroudi, Bookkeeper
Darcy joined the Construction Exchange in May 2013. Her position as bookkeeper includes responsibilities for maintaining the financial records for the Construction Exchange and all of its affiliations. She is also a notary public.
Tom Bush, Safety Director
Tom joined the Construction Exchange staff in August 2013. As Safety Director, Tom has been given the responsibility to develop core principles of Safety, Health & Risk Management for the Construction Exchange membership. He performs safety training, site audits, accident/incident investigations and overall safety services required by members. Tom became a Certified Safety Professional in 1997.
Cyndie Buske, Office Assistant
Cyndie joined the staff of the Construction Exchange in December of 2006. Her duties include customer service, safety training registration as well as assisting in all office-related activities.
Breanna Erck, Director of Sales and Marketing – Safety Services
Breanna joined Construction Exchange Safety Services in July, 2016. She is responsible for the sales, marketing and awareness of Construction Exchange Safety Services. Breanna’s main initiative is to educate our member companies on our offerings and then implement our Safety Team in to their workplace, whether they are in need of a full-time Safety Professional or to fine tune an existing safety program.
Adam Guglielmi, Sales and Membership Director
Adam joined the Construction Exchange in May 2016. Adam is responsible for recruiting new members and improving member engagement. His daily activities include meeting with existing and potential members, overseeing marketing and events, and promoting member benefits and services.
Kelli Hazlett, Plan Room Reporter
Kelli joined the Construction Exchange in January 2015. She is responsible for contacting owners, architects, and contractors to obtain information to be posted in the Construction Exchange Plan Room.
Cheryl Logan, Office Assistant
Cheryl joined the Construction Exchange in September 1999. Her duties include acting as personal secretary to the Executive Director and assisting in all office-related functions as required.
Donna Pezzimenti, Plan Room Coordinator
Donna joined the Construction Exchange in 1995. Responsibilities include maintaining a library of plans and bid documents, including pertinent information on projects such as bid date, valuation, and bid results. Daily activities include interfacing with architects, engineers, general contractors, sub-contractors, and construction managers. Donna prepares a weekly plan room report for distribution of the above information to the members of the Construction Exchange.
Jennifer Starr, Online Planroom Tech
Jen joined the Construction Exchange in 2005. Her duties include maintaining the online planroom and assisting in all office-related functions as required.
