A series of bills have passed the state legislature that will increase workers’ compensation premiums for businesses across New York. One of these bills would allow an injured worker to receive maximum benefits with no duration cap if they can’t return to their previous job, even if they can perform another job. We need your help letting Governor Hochul know this bill is bad for our economy and should be vetoed. Make your voice heard by putting this letter on your letterhead and mailing it to the Governor. These letters have an impact with our elected officials, especially if they receive a lot of them. Thank you to Rob Coppola of Lawley for drafting this letter and advocating on this issue.
